WHO YOU ARE
You're a Senior Salesforce admin who ships fast and ships clean. You're deeply fluent in Flow and Salesforce configuration, and you treat speed and rigor as one skill: you build quickly because you test, document and release with discipline, so changes stick and scale. You've made AI part of your daily craft: drafting and troubleshooting automation, untangling messy configuration, writing the documentation nobody has time for, and you know when its output needs a human check. You take ownership of your work from first request to post-release, and your changes enable hundreds of users to move faster.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Build and maintain the Flows and Salesforce configuration our go-to-market teams run on, including automation, fields, record types, validation rules, permissions and reports.
- Turn requests from the business into scoped and tested changes, and release them safely from sandbox to production.
- Keep our core integrations running smoothly, including Chili Piper, LeanData, Intercom and Gong, and troubleshoot them when they don't.
- Diagnose production issues to the root cause and fix them for good, not just for today.
- Keep the platform healthy by improving data quality, retiring unused automation and fields, and documenting what you build.
- Use AI in your daily work to build, test and document faster, and help the SysOps team find more ways to do the same.
- Work as part of a close SysOps team alongside the other admins, developers and our Solution Architect.
WHAT YOU’VE DONE
- 4+ years administering Salesforce, with deep hands-on experience building and maintaining production Flows.
- A solid grasp of Salesforce security and access: permission sets, profiles, roles and sharing.
- Experience releasing changes through sandboxes with testing and documentation. Familiarity with a deployment tool like Gearset is a plus.
- A track record of daily AI use in your work (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT), with concrete examples of what it changed and the value it delivered for the teams you support.
- Experience improving data quality, speed or process in a go-to-market system, ideally with lead routing, assignment or similar automation.
- Experience working with integrations such as Chili Piper, LeanData, Intercom, Gong or comparable tools.
- Salesforce Administrator certification required. Advanced Administrator preferred.
- Nice to have: Experience with Salesforce Sales Engagement cadences, SOQL and Salesforce CLI, and familiarity with Apex.
