This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Salesforce Developer Analyst – Mid-Level (Analista Desenvolvedor Salesforce Pleno) based in Brazil.

As a Salesforce Developer Analyst, you will contribute to the development, customization, and continuous improvement of Salesforce solutions that support diverse business operations. You will work primarily with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, developing custom functionalities and automations to enhance platform performance and user experience. Using technologies such as Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and REST APIs, you will help build reliable and scalable solutions tailored to business requirements. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams throughout the development lifecycle, from implementation and testing to deployment and maintenance. The role also involves troubleshooting technical issues, participating in code reviews, and maintaining high development standards. Accountabilities

• Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, including classes, triggers, and automated tests.

• Design, build, and enhance custom user interfaces and functionalities using Lightning Web Components (LWC).

• Implement declarative automations to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.

• Develop and maintain basic integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST APIs.

• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents, bugs, and technical issues to ensure platform stability and performance.

• Participate actively in code reviews, ensuring code quality, maintainability, and compliance with development best practices.

• Support deployment activities and contribute to the management and maintenance of Salesforce environments.

• Create, update, and maintain technical documentation covering development processes, configurations, and implemented solutions.

• Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective Salesforce solutions.

• Contribute to continuous platform improvements and the adoption of development best practices.

Requirements

• Practical professional experience working on Salesforce development projects.

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

• Basic to intermediate proficiency in Apex, including classes, triggers, and test classes.

• Working knowledge of Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL).

• Experience developing and maintaining Lightning Web Components (LWC).

• Understanding of REST API integrations and the fundamentals of connecting Salesforce with external systems.

• Knowledge of Salesforce data modeling, including objects, relationships, and data structures.

• Familiarity with Git and version control practices.

• Understanding of software development workflows, testing, debugging, and deployment processes.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality solutions.

• Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.

• Proactive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to continuously develop technical skills and Salesforce expertise.
