This is a hands-on role focused on live online training, regular knowledge assessments and targeted learning plans for new and existing employees. You will turn technical information into clear learning materials, develop tests and practical assignments, analyze results and share best practices. Success means measurable improvement in product knowledge and its application across the team.

- Working hours: 8:30 am–5 pm, New York time, with some flexibility.
- B2B contract (sole proprietorship or corporate entity).
Responsibilities
- Deliver interactive online training on products and internal processes, using discussions, practical exercises and role-plays.
- Regularly assess product knowledge across existing teams through knowledge checks, exams, certifications and recertifications.
- Develop and update tests, practical assignments and assessment criteria to check both knowledge and its application.
- Analyze results, identify individual and team knowledge gaps, and create targeted learning plans. Deliver refresher training and reassess progress.
- Collect best practices and real work examples from experienced employees and turn them into practical learning materials.
- Coordinate onboarding training and manage LMS assignments, learning paths, training records and reports.
- Create and update presentations, guides and online courses with internal experts, using feedback and assessment results to improve training.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in employee training, onboarding or learning and development.
- Hands-on experience delivering live online training for adults, with strong presentation and facilitation skills.
- Ability to explain complex and technical topics clearly, encourage participation and adapt training to different audiences.
- Experience creating learning materials, tests and practical assignments, analyzing results and addressing knowledge gaps.
- Confident use of online meeting and presentation tools and basic experience with a learning management system (LMS).
- Strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to learn unfamiliar products and processes independently.
- English C1 or above and Russian.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Nice to have
- Experience delivering training on complex physical products, technical systems or internal processes.
- Experience with sales training or customer-facing teams.
- Experience running employee certifications and recertifications.
- Experience creating e-learning courses and using iSpring, Canva or similar tools.
- Experience using AI to support training preparation and content creation.
- Relevant training certifications or a portfolio of learning materials.
Benefits
- Remote work with an international team serving the US market.
- Opportunities to develop your training and content creation skills.
- Paid vacation and sick leave under company policy.
