It checks whether each job is still on the company's careers page, if it was reposted, and how long you've waited. Free checks once when you add it; Premium checks every application every day.
After 10 applications, Psst compares your applications with each other: which got replies, how early you applied, whether you tailored your resume. Then it gives you up to 3 next steps, each with the tool that fixes it.
Psst reads 17,259 company job boards every morning, so it can tell you things about your applications you couldn't see before.
So you see you applied on day 2, or on day 40, when the pile was already high.

A simple CSV you can open in Excel or Google Sheets: company, role, date applied, status, link, notes. When you're ready, import it into Psst and see which jobs have already closed.
Yes. Track up to 10 applications free, with stages, replies, notes, stats and CSV export. Saved jobs you haven't applied to yet are unlimited. Your 11th application asks for Premium; your first 10 stay yours.
Yes. Paste the LinkedIn link and Psst fills in the role and company when it can read them; otherwise you type those two. It works the same for Indeed, company career sites and job boards like Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable and SmartRecruiters. Psst can only say a job closed when it can check it: jobs it reads every morning, or job boards that answer directly.
Psst reads company career pages every morning. When a job you track disappears from that page, it has been filled or paused. For jobs outside Psst's feed, it asks the job board directly when it can. If it can't check a job, it says so instead of guessing.
A short report after 10 applications. It compares your applications with each other (not with other people): which ones got replies, how many days after posting you applied, whether you tailored your resume, if you sent many to the same company. It shows at most 3 things to change, each with one button to the Psst tool that helps. Rules, not AI.
Yes. Upload a CSV (from Excel, Google Sheets, Huntr or Teal) or paste one application per line, like “Acme – Customer Support”. Psst checks every line against the jobs it has seen and tells you which have already closed.
Nothing is deleted. Your applications stay visible, editable and exportable. You just can't add more than 10, and the daily checks and Premium emails stop. The same applies when a 7-Day Reply Sprint ends.
Yes. Signed out, your tracker stays in your browser. Signed in, it's stored with your account so it syncs across devices; only you see it. We don't sell data or show it to employers. Export it as CSV or delete it any time. See the privacy policy.
No. You apply on the company's own site. Psst keeps track, watches the job and helps you improve the next application.
Recruiters skim. The Psst resume coach fixes what makes them skip you, line by line, and one tap tailors it to the exact job you're applying to.
Example with made-up details. The score is the builder's own check, not an ATS rating or a promise of an interview.
