We partner with customers and our global ecosystem of certified partners to design, implement, and operationalize Illumio’s Zero Trust Segmentation platform, combining deep technical expertise with disciplined delivery methodologies and strategic consulting.

YOUR TOOLKIT

You bring both technical depth and professional maturity to the role, including:

Act as a trusted customer advocate by delivering solutions with a Customer First, Always mindset

• Complete knowledge and practical application of principles, practices, and methodologies within Professional Services or a related technical discipline

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to evaluate incomplete information and adapt existing approaches to new scenarios

• Proven ability to work independently as a self-starter while knowing when to seek guidance for new or higher-risk assignments

• Experience supporting customer-facing deployments, implementations, or technical engagements

• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams

• Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English, with the ability to support local customers and partners effectively

• A disciplined, execution-focused approach to delivering results within defined timelines

Technical Skills

• Solid foundation in networking and network security concepts

• Working knowledge of Linux systems and environments

Bonus Points

• Experience with security, cloud, or enterprise infrastructure technologies

• Prior work in post-sales, consulting, or customer success environments

• Demonstrated ability to take on projects of increasing scope and complexity

• Passion for continuous improvement, customer satisfaction, and team collaboration
