KI gehört bei uns längst zum Arbeitsalltag – jetzt gestaltest du mit, wie daraus noch schneller funktionierende Software wird. Egal ob in Basel vor Ort oder remote innerhalb der Schweiz, du stehst im stetigen Austausch mit unseren Teams in Köln und entwickelst Software, die in der gesamten DocCheck Gruppe genutzt wird. Kurz: viel Freiheit, viel Wirkung, ziemlich wenig Schema F. DocCheck versetzt den kompletten Gesundheitsmarkt in absolute Effizienz-Ekstase. Deine Substanz
Du hast bereits eigenständig Software entwickelt und kannst zeigen, wie du Anforderungen in lauffähige Prototypen und erste MVPs übersetzt. Den ersten Prototypen baust du selbst – vom Verständnis der Anforderung bis zum Code, der funktioniert. Web-Anwendungen, interne Tools, APIs und Systemintegrationen sind dein Terrain – genauso wie ein sauberer Umgang mit Daten, Berechtigungen, Dokumentation und Tests. Du denkst eigenständig, kommunizierst klar auf Deutsch und weißt, wann KI glänzt – und wann dein eigener Kopf gefragt ist.
Dein Trip
Du entwickelst mit Agentic Coding Softwarelösungen für unterschiedliche Bereiche der DocCheck Gruppe und bringst Anforderungen direkt in die Umsetzung. Dabei entscheidest du technologieoffen, prüfst deine Ergebnisse kritisch und machst Fortschritt, Risiken und Grenzen transparent. Gleichzeitig prägst du unsere Agentic-Development-Arbeitsweise von Anfang an mit und gibst dein Wissen perspektivisch an ein Junior-Profil weiter. Du übernimmst hier nicht einfach einen Job – du baust mit auf, wie wir künftig entwickeln.
