⭐ THE POSITION

Location: Fully remote, anywhere in the U.S. | Schedule: You set it, 7 days a week available

We’re hiring independently licensed bilingual therapists for part-time or full-time roles, paid per session. Choose the setup that fits your life:

• 1099 contractor: starting at 15 hours per week

• W2 employee: starting at 25 hours per week, with full benefits

💻 YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to Haitian Creole-speaking older adults via telehealth

• Conduct sessions fluently in Haitian Creole, meeting patients in their language and cultural context

• Build individualized treatment plans around each patient’s goals and needs

• Manage your own caseload and clinical decisions, with a supportive care team behind you

• Complete documentation in our EMR, with AI-assisted notes

• Join regular, paid case consultations with experienced clinical leaders

📋 QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be located in the United States

• Active, independent clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent) in the state where this role is posted

• Fluent in English and Haitian Creole, able to conduct full therapy sessions in Haitian Creole

• Master’s or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy

• Experience with older adult or geriatric populations preferred

• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records

• Medicare billing experience a plus (we handle billing either way)
