About the job

ABOUT THE ROLE

Own go-to-market execution for an AI software product serving automotive dealerships, from roadmap planning through launch day. Working with the marketing lead and cross-functional teams, you will turn product positioning into clear messaging and practical field enablement.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Lead end-to-end go-to-market planning and execution for product releases.
  • Develop product messaging that explains features, target audiences, and customer value.
  • Coordinate launch readiness across Customer Success, Sales, and Product, tracking timelines and surfacing risks.
  • Create positioning briefs, battlecards, and sales enablement materials.
  • Join roadmap reviews and engage with customers in the field to understand needs and competitive dynamics.
  • Keep executives informed about upcoming releases, readiness, customer feedback, and market context.
  • Build and improve launch playbooks, advocating for sufficient planning time before release.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • At least 4 years of product marketing experience at an early-stage or high-growth company, including ownership of launches from planning through release.
  • Experience coordinating launch readiness across product, sales, and customer success teams.
  • Ability to carry leadership-provided positioning consistently across products and support messaging decisions with customer and field insights.
  • Strong writing and product communication skills, including explaining complex technical or AI features to business audiences.
  • Experience creating messaging, briefs, battlecards, and launch processes used by customer-facing teams.
  • Background marketing AI or software products to business buyers, and regular use of AI tools to automate repetitive work.
  • Customer-facing experience in sales, customer success, or account management is valuable, as is experience in automotive or another high-touch vertical market.
  • Comfort with ambiguity, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on customer engagement.
