The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient and compliant pharmacy operations, driving strategic initiatives, and maintaining high standards of patient care and service quality.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize pharmacy operations and enhance service delivery in Qatar
- Ensure compliance with Qatar's healthcare regulations and pharmacy practices
- Manage inventory, supply chain, and financial aspects of pharmacy operations
- Lead and mentor a team of pharmacy professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency
- Analyze performance metrics and implement data-driven solutions to enhance productivity and profitability
- Oversee quality control measures and maintain high standards of patient safety and care
- Liaise with regulatory bodies, healthcare providers, and key stakeholders in Qatar
- Stay abreast of industry trends and innovations to drive continuous improvement in pharmacy services
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field; Master's degree in Healthcare Administration or Business Administration preferred
- Licensed pharmacist with a minimum of 8-15 years of experience in pharmacy operations manageme
