We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Finance Business Partner to support strategic decision-making and financial performance across key operational functions. In this role, you will translate business strategies into actionable financial plans, budgets, forecasts, and performance insights. You will work closely with operational leaders and executive stakeholders to connect customer demand, workforce capacity, and financial outcomes. Through advanced financial modeling, scenario planning, and data-driven analysis, you will help optimize costs, improve profitability, and strengthen forecasting accuracy. You will also develop performance dashboards, establish meaningful KPIs, and identify opportunities to streamline financial processes through automation. This is an exciting opportunity to combine financial expertise, operational understanding, and strategic influence in a collaborative, technology-driven environment.

Accountabilities

•

Lead the annual operating plan, financial forecasts, and monthly outlook processes for assigned business functions, translating operational roadmaps and strategic priorities into financial targets and performance expectations.

•

Act as a trusted financial advisor to operational and executive leaders, providing strategic recommendations and translating complex financial information into actionable business decisions.

•

Develop and maintain driver-based financial models that connect customer demand, staffing capacity, utilization, and operational performance to key financial metrics, including Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), gross margin, EBITDA, and cash flow.

•

Establish and maintain consistent performance indicators for assigned functions, ensuring clear KPI definitions, ownership, data sources, and alignment with financial objectives.

•

Conduct scenario planning and sensitivity analyses covering hiring strategies, workforce capacity, shift and coverage models, vendor utilization, feature prioritization, and cloud financial management (FinOps) opportunities.

•

Own the financial planning and reporting cadence, including annual planning, forecasts, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), delivering executive-ready analysis, insights, and recommendations.

•

Guide headcount governance and capacity planning, including hiring schedules, overtime controls, staffing levels, and vendor mix optimization.

•

Establish and enforce business case evaluation standards, incorporating financial metrics such as Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), payback periods, and risk assessments.

•

Monitor the implementation and financial impact of approved business cases, tracking realized benefits and identifying opportunities to improve performance.

•

Develop and maintain decision-ready dashboards and financial reporting solutions using Power BI, Amazon QuickSight, and Microsoft Excel.

•

Improve financial reporting efficiency by streamlining processes, automating repetitive activities, reducing manual work, and eliminating low-value reporting.

•

Collaborate with Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) and Go-to-Market (GTM) Finance teams to ensure consistency across enterprise financial models, KPI definitions, data policies, and revenue forecasts.

•

Coach analysts and business leaders on financial modeling standards, analytical best practices, documentation, and version control to strengthen financial discipline across the organization.

Requirements

•

6–8 years of professional experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), corporate finance, or a related financial discipline.

•

At least 2–3 years of direct experience supporting executive leadership, providing financial insights, strategic recommendations, and decision-making support.

•

Demonstrated expertise in driver-based forecasting, financial modeling, and scenario planning, particularly across operational capacity, utilization, reliability, and unit economics.

•

Strong understanding of service operations metrics and/or FinOps principles, including cloud cost management and financial optimization.

•

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) platforms such as Adaptive Planning or Anaplan.

•

Experience with business intelligence and reporting tools, particularly Power BI or Tableau. Familiarity with SQL is an advantage.

•

Strong understanding of financial performance indicators, budgeting, forecasting, cost management, profitability analysis, and business case evaluation.

•

Ability to connect operational drivers and business performance to financial outcomes, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

•

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial information and present clear, actionable recommendations.

•

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams without direct authority.

•

Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on financial analysis and operational execution.

•

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced business environment.

•

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field is required.

•

An MBA, CPA, or CFA qualification is considered an advantage.

Benefits

•

Competitive annual salary ranging from $79,000 to $120,000 , depending on education, experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and internal equity.

•

Eligibility to participate in an annual bonus incentive plan.

•

Comprehensive employee benefits package for eligible full-time and part-time employees.

•

Remote working arrangement within the United States.

•

Opportunity to work closely with executive leadership and influence strategic financial and operational decisions.
