Lead Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Lead Engineer to drive the design, development, and implementation of innovative architectural panels and steel products. In this role, you will lead an engineering team, providing technical direction and guidance throughout the entire project lifecycle. Accountabilities

As Lead Engineer, you will oversee engineering operations and ensure the successful delivery of projects from initial concept through implementation. Your responsibilities will include:

Requirements

The ideal candidate combines strong engineering expertise with proven leadership and project management capabilities. You should demonstrate the ability to manage complex technical projects while motivating teams and collaborating effectively across departments. The following qualifications and skills are expected:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline. A Master's degree is preferred.

Proven experience in engineering design and project management, particularly within the architectural, construction, or related industries.
