In dieser Rolle bist du verantwortlich für die Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Bestandskunden sowie die Gewinnung neuer Kunden. Du stellst einen reibungslosen Ablauf aller operativen Vertriebsprozesse sicher und unterstützt bei Bedarf den Bereich Einkauf sowie Versand/Faktura.
Sales & Customer Service
- Aktive Neukundenakquisition
- Erstellung von Angeboten sowie konsequente Angebotsnachverfolgung
- Abwicklung von Kundenaufträgen inkl. Erstellung von Auftragsbestätigungen und Folgedokumenten
- Planung, Steuerung und Nachverfolgung offener Kundenaufträge
- Telefonische und schriftliche Kundenkorrespondenz (national & international)
- Technische und kaufmännische Beratung unserer Kunden
Administrative & operative Verantwortung
- Pflege und Nutzung des ERP‑Systems (Stammdatenanlage, Aktualisierung, Auftragsabwicklung)
- Erstellung und Aktualisierung statistischer Auswertungen
- Gelegentliche Kundenbesuche vor Ort
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachabteilungen
Unterstützung im Einkauf
- Kommunikation mit Lieferanten im In- und Ausland
- Erstellung & Nachverfolgung von Anfragen
- Anlage, Begleitung und Überwachung von Bestellvorgängen inkl. Importprozessen
- Artikelanlage und -pflege im ERP‑System
Unterstützung im Versand / in der Faktura
- Korrespondenz mit Transportdienstleistern national & international
- Erstellung von Lieferscheinen und Rechnungen inkl. Exportvorgängen
- Erstellung und Nachverfolgung von Speditions- und Paketaufträgen
Weitere Aufgaben
- Unterstützung interner Projekte
- Weitere Tätigkeiten im Rahmen betrieblicher Anforderungen
Dein Profil
- Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Vertriebsorientiertes, selbstständiges und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten
- Kommunikationsstärke und gutes organisatorisches Geschick
- Sehr gute MS‑Office‑Kenntnisse
- Sehr gute Deutsch‑ und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
