About the job

What are we building?

Hard Rock Digital is a fiercely focused team working to become the best online sportsbook, casino, and social gaming company in the world. We're building a deeply curious team with a passion for learning, operating, and building new products and technologies for millions of consumers. We're customer-obsessed — we care about each customer interaction, experience, behavior, and insight, and strive to ensure we're always acting authentically.

Rooted in the kindred spirits of Hard Rock and the Seminole Tribe of Florida, Hard Rock Digital taps a brand known the world over as the leader in gaming, entertainment, and hospitality. We're taking that foundation of success and bringing it to the digital space - ready to join us?

What’s the position?

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Ad Operations, the Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Coordinator will support the analysis and optimization of customer journeys across our web and mobile platforms. This role combines marketing analytics, mobile attribution, and product analytics to identify conversion opportunities and improve business performance.

Working closely with Marketing, Product, Analytics, Engineering, CRM, and Promotions teams, you'll connect acquisition data with user behavior to understand how customers interact with our digital experiences, where they drop off, and what drives conversion.

We're looking for someone who understands marketing performance, has experience with mobile attribution platforms such as AppsFlyer, and can use product analytics tools to uncover actionable insights. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys combining marketing and data to improve customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze marketing acquisition performance and connect campaign attribution data with downstream user behavior and conversion rates.
  • Monitor mobile attribution using AppsFlyer or similar Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) to properly evaluate full funnel conversion rates.
  • Analyze customer journeys, conversion funnels, engagement, and drop-offs across web and mobile platforms.
  • Use product analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, FullStory, and Google Analytics to understand user behavior and identify friction points.
  • Monitor key metrics, including conversion rates, acquisition performance, retention, and engagement, to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Develop data-driven hypotheses and recommendations to improve customer journeys.
  • Coordinate A/B testing initiatives, monitor results, and document learnings.
  • Validate tracking, conversion events, and measurement implementations to ensure accurate reporting.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, CRM, and Engineering teams to implement optimization initiatives.
  • Support ASO activities, including app store listing updates, creative assets, and performance reporting.

What are we looking for?

  • 1–2 years of experience in product analytics, marketing analytics, mobile app analytics, growth, or CRO.
  • Experience using product analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, FullStory, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of mobile marketing attribution, ideally with hands-on experience using AppsFlyer or another MMP.
  • Experience analyzing customer journeys, conversion funnels, user behavior, and drop-offs.
  • Understanding of marketing and product KPIs, including conversion rate, CPA/CAC, retention, engagement, and LTV.
  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing principles and experimentation.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in real-money gaming (RMG), including sports betting, online casino, daily fantasy sports, or prediction markets.
  • Experience in mobile-first consumer businesses, performance marketing, or growth analytics.
  • Familiarity with SKAdNetwork (SKAN) and iOS attribution measurement.
  • Experience with session replay or behavioral analytics tools.
  • Familiarity with ASO, App Store Connect, Google Play Console, or tools such as MobileAction and AppTweak.
  • Experience supporting A/B testing, onboarding optimization, or customer retention initiatives.
