  • Monitor project progress: Track assigned tasks and follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure outstanding actions, deliverables, and project requirements are addressed on time.
  • Work independently and proactively: Manage delegated responsibilities with minimal supervision, anticipate project needs, identify opportunities to provide additional support, and proactively seek new assignments.
  • Contribute to team collaboration: Work closely with project management and cross-functional teams to maintain operational efficiency, support project objectives, and ensure a consistent client experience.

Requirements

  • Education and experience: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or 2–4 years of equivalent professional experience in project coordination, administrative support, operations, or a related area.
  • Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with confidence interacting professionally with internal stakeholders, external clients, state representatives, and educators.
  • Organizational abilities: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple activities, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines.

The use of unauthorized note-taking, reference, or AI-powered tools during interviews and selection activities is prohibited unless prior written approval has been obtained. Reasonable accommodations and exceptions may be discussed in advance.
