(Contract) Recruiter

THE ROLE

We’re looking for a contract GTM recruiter to support our Business recruiting team during a period of growth. You’ll work alongside our recruiters and hiring managers to keep searches moving: sourcing candidates, running early-stage screens, and making sure every candidate has a great experience.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Source and engage candidates for Business roles through outreach, referrals, and talent pools

• Conduct initial recruiter screens and share clear, structured feedback with the recruiting team and hiring manager

• Manage candidate pipelines and keep interview scheduling and logistics on track

• Keep our applicant tracking system accurate and up to date

• Deliver a timely, communicative, and respectful candidate experience at every stage

• Support the recruiting team with projects, such as building talent pipelines, improving outreach templates, and refining process documentation

• Flag roadblocks, market feedback, and candidate concerns to the recruiting team early

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 3+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience, ideally including some contract or agency work

• Experience supporting hiring in a fast-paced or high-growth environment

• Comfort with sourcing tools and an applicant tracking system

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to ramp quickly and work well in a team with shifting priorities

• A high degree of reliability, confidentiality, and attention to detail

• Curiosity about our products and the fintech industry
