Amazon VA with PPC Ads Experience

Purely Optimal Inc. is a supplements company focused on creating high-quality products and growing online sales through digital marketing. We are looking for an Amazon VA who can help keep our Amazon operations running smoothly while supporting profitable growth through strong platform execution and PPC management.

This role is a fit for someone who is comfortable working inside Amazon day to day, takes ownership of assigned work, and follows through consistently. You will support account performance across listings, PPC, and operational tasks, while working closely with an external agency that provides strategic direction. Success in this role comes from being dependable, detail-oriented, and able to execute well within a structured process.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Amazon Seller Central accounts and product listings.

• Launch, monitor, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns for profitable growth.

• Identify account issues and recommend practical improvements across Amazon operations.

• Review account performance and complete assigned operational tasks accurately.

• Follow detailed instructions, communicate progress during scheduled team meetings, and coordinate with the hired agency, GNO, which will provide the strategy.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns for supplement or skincare brands with gated products and multiple ASINs.

• Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, including bulk listing work and troubleshooting listing or account issues.

• Experience using keyword research tools for Amazon listing or PPC optimization, along with the ability to identify keyword-ranking trends in the Amazon marketplace.

• Strong experience with Amazon PPC reporting and the ability to provide a portfolio or examples of past Amazon PPC campaigns.

• Experience working in the Amazon US marketplace.

• Comfortable following detailed task instructions within an agency-led strategy.

• Available during Pacific Time business hours and able to attend scheduled meetings even when they occur late in your local time.
