Choose your starting point
In Start, choose Example: no experience, Example: some experience or Start empty. Do this before writing your draft: loading an example replaces its contents. Examples show the structure; replace every sample detail with your own.
Add your details and experience
Fill in About you, including the job you want, your time zone and hours. Add a short Summary, then use + Add a job under Work experience. No job history yet? Open Projects, volunteering and side work and choose + Add one. Finish with education, skills, tools and languages.
Let the coach help you rewrite
Read the suggestions below your text. When Fix in 3 questions appears, answer what you did, how much or how often, and what changed. Review the suggested sentence, then select Use this line.

Check the preview and choose a design
Your preview updates as you edit. On a phone, switch between Edit and Preview. Choose a design and colour, check names and dates, and shorten the text if it runs past the page-break marker. Classic and Monogram are included with confirmed alerts; Premium unlocks every design and palette.
Save the PDF you need
Choose Download PDF for the designed resume or ATS-safe version for the plain, single-column document. Review any final checks. In your browser's print window, select Save as PDF and save the file. Follow the employer's requested format when uploading it.

Can I use it if I have no work experience?
Yes. Start from the beginner example and fill in school, volunteering, projects and side work. Every field explains what to write.
Should I put a photo on my resume?
Not for remote jobs. Companies in the US, UK, Canada and Australia don't expect one, and many remove photos to avoid bias, so the builder uses a monogram of your initials instead.
Will the ATS read my resume?
Download the ATS-safe version for job portals: one column, standard headings, plain fonts. Use the designed version when you email a person.
