About the job
Releaf is the UK's leading medical cannabis clinic. With over 170 staff, we connect patients with specialist clinicians, streamline access to prescriptions, and support thousands of people across the UK. We're on a mission to rethink healthcare - making specialist medical care more accessible, more human, and more effective.
The role
You'll report into our Head of Performance Marketing and sit within the performance team, working closely with our Paid Search and Paid Social Specialists. This is a hands-on design role split across two areas:
UX for paid media landing pages. You'll have full accountability for the design of our paid media landing pages: the experience someone has the moment they click an ad. User flows, wireframes, final designs, testing and iteration are all yours, and so is making them convert.
Design for paid channels. You'll create the static and video creative that runs across our paid media, predominantly Meta ads, with other channels likely to follow as we grow.
Owning both ends of the journey means you control the message from first impression to conversion. The best person for this job understands that a great ad isn't just one that looks good. It stops the scroll, earns the click, and lands on a page that converts. You'll be doing it in a category where advertising is tightly regulated, so accuracy and compliance matter as much as performance.
Main responsibilities
Paid media landing pages
- Own the UX and design of our paid media landing pages end to end, from user flows, wireframes and prototypes through to final designs and QA on the live page
- Design mobile-first, fast, accessible pages with a clear path from first click through to booking a consultation
- Plan and run a continuous landing page testing roadmap with the performance team: layouts, messaging, forms, page structure and offers
- Use GA4, heatmaps and session recordings to understand how people actually use our pages and where they drop off, and turn that into the next iteration
- Build and maintain a landing page design system and component library, so new pages and variants can go live quickly
- Work with our developers and partners to get pages built accurately, and own the quality of what goes live
Paid channel creative
- Produce static and video creative for Meta, built to perform and iterate on quickly: hooks, formats, angles, static vs video
- Work closely with our Paid Social Specialist on the creative testing roadmap, turning briefs and performance data into the next round of creative
- Edit and produce short-form video, from UGC assembly through to fully motion-designed pieces, with sound and subtitling for social
- Adapt and extend creative for other paid channels as we grow, such as display, YouTube, TikTok or digital out-of-home
Across both
- Make sure the message matches from ad to landing page, so the journey feels like one joined-up experience
- Work within the advertising regulations specific to our sector, making sure every ad and page is compliant before it goes live, and working with our compliance team on reviews and amends
- Build and maintain templates and brand assets so the team can move faster
- Keep output consistent with brand guidelines while adapting to the demands of each channel
- Stay current on platform formats, UX best practice and what's actually working
What we're looking for
Essential
- At least 3 years' professional design experience (ideally 5), covering both UX or web design and paid or performance creative
- A portfolio that shows both: landing pages or web journeys you've owned (with results if you have them), and paid social creative that ran
- Solid UX fundamentals: user flows, wireframing, prototyping, information hierarchy, and mobile-first, accessible design
- Hands-on experience testing and optimising landing pages and ad creative, and an instinct for performance: you understand why a hook or a page works, not just how to execute one
- Strong static and motion craft: typography, layout, hierarchy, motion graphics and short-form editing
- A scientific approach to performance data, where the data informs your next design decision, not just your weekly report
- High output: you produce volume and iterate without losing quality
- Comfortable juggling briefs from several stakeholders and pushing back when a brief isn't clear enough
- Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) plus After Effects or Premiere
Desirable
- Experience in a highly regulated industry, including designing within advertising compliance rules. It's not essential, but it's a big advantage, and healthcare experience specifically would be a huge benefit
- Comfortable with GA4 and CRO tools such as Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity or VWO
- Able to build or edit pages yourself, whether in HTML/CSS or tools like Webflow, Framer or AI site builders
- Familiarity with AI creative tools
- Experience designing for display, YouTube, TikTok or digital out-of-home

How to apply
Please include a link to your portfolio. We'd also love a short cover letter. If you'd rather skip it, please make sure your CV or application calls out any regulated-industry experience in full: the sector, the brands, and what you were responsible for. It carries a lot of weight with us, and it's easy to miss if it isn't spelled out.
