You will be responsible for assessing clients' insurance needs, recommending appropriate coverage options, and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the insurance process.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate clients' insurance requirements related to towing operations and roadside assistance services.
- Provide expert recommendations on coverage options tailored to tow truck businesses, including liability, physical damage, and garage keeper's insurance.
- Assist customers with the completion of insurance applications and documentation.
- Negotiate policy terms with underwriters to secure the best coverage and premium rates for clients.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the towing industry and related insurance regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring ongoing communication and support.
- Stay updated on industry trends, insurance products, and competitive market analysis.
- Resolve billing issues, claims, and other inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an insurance agent, preferably specializing in commercial or automotive insurance.
- Strong knowledge of insurance products relevant to towing operations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to assess risk and make informed decisions regarding insurance coverage.
- Proficiency in using insurance management software and CRM systems.
- Strong negotiation skills to work effectively with clients and underwriters.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
