المهام والمسؤوليات:
- إدارة صفحات الشركة على كافة وسائل التواصل (إنستغرام – فيسبوك – تيك توك – تويتر).
- إنشاء خطة محتوى شهرية متكاملة ومبنية على أهداف واضحة.
- صناعة فيديوهات TikTok احترافية وأفكار ترند مناسبة للقطاع السياحي.
- إدارة جدول النشر والإشراف على جودة المحتوى البصري والكتابي.
- تحليل أداء المحتوى واقتراح تحسينات فعّالة.
- زيادة التفاعل الحقيقي والمتابعين بطريقة منظمة واحترافية.
- إدارة التعليقات والرسائل وبناء تجربة تواصل ممتازة للعملاء.
- التعاون مع فريق الإعلانات لضبط الرسائل والحملات المدفوعة.
المتطلبات:
- خبرة فعلية لا تقل عن 2–3 سنوات في إدارة سوشيال ميديا.
- احتراف صناعة محتوى TikTok (تصوير + مونتاج + أفكار).
- قدرة قوية على كتابة نصوص جذابة ومتوافقة مع الهوية.
- مهارة استخدام أدوات التصميم (Canva أو Adobe).
- فهم جيد لآليات الخوارزميات والترندات.
- قدرة على تحليل البيانات وتقديم تقارير شهرية.
- شخصية مبدعة وتعرف تشتغل تحت ضغط وتسليم سريع.
