Customer relationship management: Establish and strengthen relationships with cardiologists, referring physicians, primary care providers, nurse practitioners, hospital administrators, clinical teams, and other key decision-makers.
•
Clinical education and engagement: Explain the value of non-invasive cardiovascular diagnostic technology through presentations, discussions, educational meetings, and ongoing customer support.
•
Adoption and utilization growth: Increase usage within existing strategic accounts by promoting clinical pathways, strengthening physician advocacy, and expanding referrals.

•
Cross-functional collaboration: Coordinate with Territory Sales Managers, Marketing, Market Access, CT Applications, Product Development, Clinical teams, and other internal stakeholders to align resources and deliver account plans.
•
Customer success: Proactively identify account needs, provide solutions, support clinical programs, and help deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.
•
Performance management: Meet or exceed account quotas and track progress against key performance indicators, including cCTA growth, conversion of non-invasive tests, FFRCT penetration, case growth, and revenue performance relative to established baselines.
•
Clinical and technical communication: Translate complex medical and technical information into clear, relevant explanations for healthcare professionals with different backgrounds.
•
Project execution: Initiate, organize, and complete account development activities efficiently while addressing challenges and maintaining high standards of professionalism.
