Das sind Deine Aufgaben
- Eigenverantwortliche, unternehmerische Leitung der Kanzlei
- Organisation und Überwachung der steuerlichen Prozesse
- Beratung und Betreuung von Mandanten in steuerlichen Angelegenheiten
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Strategien zur Steigerung der Kundenzufriedenheit
- Verantwortung für die Personalplanung
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Standortleitern
Was wir uns von Dir wünschen
- Abgeschlossenes Steuerberaterexamen
- Mehrjährige und vielseitige Berufserfahrung im Steuerwesen wünschenswert
- Erste Führungserfahrung in einer Kanzlei oder ähnlicher Umgebung
- Unternehmerische Ambition
- Ausgeprägte soziale Kompetenzen, darunter Freundlichkeit, Engagement und Teamgeist
- Open over a year (999 days)
