  • Develop, test, and refine messaging concepts and positioning strategies using performance data and patient feedback.
  • Write and edit engaging, user-focused content for digital product experiences, emails, push notifications, onboarding flows, ongoing care, and re-engagement campaigns.
  • Partner with product managers, designers, lifecycle marketers, and clinical teams to ensure consistent, accurate, and cohesive communication across all touchpoints.
  • Translate complex healthcare information into accessible, approachable, and easy-to-understand language.
  • Maintain and evolve the brand voice, ensuring communications convey warmth, clarity, and reassurance while adapting to different patient needs and contexts.
  • Lead content projects from initial concepts through writing, review, delivery, and continuous optimization, incorporating feedback and communicating strategic decisions.
  • Create content guidelines, tools, workflows, and AI-powered solutions that enable teams to produce high-quality, consistent, and on-brand content at scale.
  • Support the development of strong writing practices across the organization through constructive feedback, coaching, and content reviews.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in content design, UX writing, copywriting, or a similar discipline within a consumer-facing digital product or service environment.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing hands-on writing experience across digital product experiences and customer communications, supported by clear strategic thinking.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to transform complex information into clear, concise, engaging, and human-centered content.
  • Excellent editorial judgment and attention to detail, with high standards for accuracy, grammar, consistency, and quality.
  • Practical experience using AI writing tools, including prompt development, voice and channel guideline creation, and evaluating AI-generated content for quality and consistency.
  • Strong interest in exploring innovative AI applications to improve content design processes and increase content production efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain creative decisions and work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • A proactive, resourceful, and entrepreneurial mindset, with the initiative to establish and grow a content design function from the ground up.
  • A passion for creating accessible, thoughtful, and user-centered digital experiences, particularly in areas involving complex or sensitive information.

Benefits
