About the team and what we'll build together
You're the reason our clients' loyalty programs run like clockwork. As Sr. Account Manager, you'll run day-to-day operations across one or more of Kobie's retail accounts, own client communication and coordination, and rally cross-functional teams to deliver on every commitment. Programs run across stores, apps, and ecommerce, and members expect every point, offer, and reward to work seamlessly wherever they shop. You'll navigate high-volume promotional calendars, peak seasons where execution can't miss, program models from tiers to co-brand cards to paid memberships, and a fiercely competitive market where every retailer is fighting for share of wallet. The work moves fast, the stakes are visible, and the results show up in the business.
