SM & Communications Intern

Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and proactive Social Media Intern to support our digital campaign efforts and drive engagement across our social media platforms. You’ll play a key role in shaping our online presence, building community, and ensuring our messaging reaches the right audiences with impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and scheduling engaging content for our social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.)

• Support the execution of digital campaigns and outreach initiatives

• Monitor social media trends and recommend ideas for fresh, relevant content

• Track engagement metrics (likes, shares, comments, reach) and prepare performance reports

• Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a sense of community

• Help coordinate cross-posting with partners and amplify campaign reach

• Maintain a content calendar and ensure alignment with campaign timelines

• Assist in creating basic visuals or liaise with the design team for graphics when needed

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field

• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices

• Excellent written communication skills (English and/or Arabic depending on your audience)

• Creative mindset and ability to come up with engaging content ideas

• Organized, reliable, and able to meet deadlines

• Experience with design tools (Canva, Adobe Express, etc.) is a plus

• Familiarity with analytics tools (Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.) is a plus
