The Opportunity

As Senior RevOps Systems Analyst, you'll own the systems, data, and analytics behind Leap's revenue engine. You'll lead Salesforce and go-to-market systems strategy, design the data model and reporting that leadership uses to run the business, and show clearly how the sales team and marketing campaigns are performing. Sitting in Finance, you'll make sure revenue data has one owner, one set of definitions, and ties to the forecast and financial statements. This role is for a seasoned operator who thinks in systems, is comfortable using AI to work faster and smarter, and enjoys balancing strategy with hands-on execution.

Responsibilities

  • Own the architecture, configuration standards, and roadmap for Salesforce and related RevOps tools, including workflows, permissions, and data integrity, in partnership with the Salesforce / RevOps Admin and Solutions Architect.
  • Design the data model, KPI definitions, and reporting framework that give leadership a single, trusted view of pipeline, bookings, forecast, ARR, and retention.
  • Deliver sales performance analytics: funnel conversion, win rates, sales cycle, rep productivity and ramp, pipeline coverage, and inbound versus outbound pipeline.
  • Deliver marketing analytics: campaign attribution, cost per opportunity, pipeline and bookings return on campaign spend, and channel mix, in partnership with Marketing Ops.
  • Tie CRM bookings to billing and recognized revenue, and support the forecast, budget, capacity and quota models, and the monthly Board KPI package.
  • Establish and enforce data governance across revenue systems, resolving root causes of gaps, duplicates, and integration failures.
  • Identify and implement AI and automation use cases, such as AI-assisted forecasting, pipeline risk signals, data cleanup, and self-service reporting, with appropriate controls.
  • Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of new RevOps tools and integrations, managing vendors and project timelines.
  • Prepare cohort, bookings, and pipeline data for diligence and quality of earnings (QoE) in a sale process.
  • Own systems documentation, change management, and best practices so knowledge scales across the team.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, analytics, information systems, or a related field.
  • 6–8 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, business systems, or revenue analytics, ideally in B2B SaaS.
  • Deep, hands-on Salesforce expertise: data model, reports and dashboards, flows and automation, permissions, and integrations.
  • Strong command of SaaS metrics: ARR movements, net and gross revenue retention, CAC and payback, pipeline coverage, and forecast accuracy.
  • Proficiency with SQL and at least one BI tool such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • Comfort using AI tools in daily work, such as Salesforce Einstein orAgentforce, generative AI assistants, and AI features in BI and sales tools.
  • Experience working with finance to reconcile bookings to billing and revenue.
  • Ability to explain data clearly and make recommendations to executives and nontechnical leaders.

Preferred

  • Experience with marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot) and multi-touch attribution.
  • Experience with sales engagement and conversation intelligence tools such as Gong, Outreach, or Salesloft.
  • Experience with billing, CPQ, or data tools such as NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Fivetran, or Snowflake.
  • Experience in a private equity-backed or vertical SaaS company, including support for a sale process or due diligence.

Compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and qualifications.

Pay Range

$140,000 — $150,000 USD
