About the job
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Meta Ads Strategist and Media Buyer (Client-Facing) based in United States .
We are seeking an experienced paid social professional to lead Meta advertising strategy and execution for a portfolio of premium and luxury direct-to-consumer (DTC) and e-commerce brands. This hands-on role combines strategic ownership, campaign optimization, creative testing, and client relationship management. You will manage high-spend accounts, make data-driven decisions, and scale performance while maintaining efficiency against key business targets. Working in a fast-paced, fully remote environment, you will need to adapt quickly to changing priorities and platform developments. You will also serve as a trusted client advisor, translating performance insights into clear recommendations and actionable strategies. Success means delivering measurable results, maintaining rigorous account management standards, and building client confidence through proactive communication and ownership.
Accountabilities
•
Own Meta advertising strategy and daily campaign execution across a portfolio of 2–4 client accounts, including campaign structure, budget pacing, testing, and scaling.
•
Manage substantial monthly advertising budgets, with a focus on optimizing performance against MER, ROAS, and CPA targets.
•
Adapt campaign strategies quickly in response to performance trends, client requests, and platform changes, clearly communicating decisions and their rationale.
•
Maintain organized accounts through consistent naming conventions, up-to-date change logs, documented experiments, and transparent budget pacing.
•
Independently configure and quality-check tracking infrastructure, including Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), event quality, product catalogs, and feed health.
•
Develop and manage structured creative testing programs, provide creative briefs and feedback, and translate creative insights into campaign optimization decisions.
•
Contribute to cross-channel strategy by supporting Google Ads, TikTok, and other relevant channels, including providing recommendations on budget allocation.
•
Lead Meta-related discussions during client calls, explain results clearly, present actionable recommendations, and challenge requests when they do not support client objectives.
•
Maintain responsive, professional client communication, including during performance challenges or urgent requests, while ensuring timely and accurate execution.
Requirements
•
At least 4 years of hands-on paid social experience within an agency or high-growth brand environment.
•
Demonstrated ownership of Meta advertising budgets of $300,000 or more per month for at least one account, with documented improvements in advertising efficiency.
•
Advanced knowledge of Meta advertising, including Advantage+, Campaign Budget Optimization (CBO), signal quality, Conversions API, and incrementality.
•
Proven experience managing direct-to-consumer or e-commerce accounts; experience with premium or luxury brands and higher average order values is a strong advantage.
•
Ability to manage multiple high-spend accounts simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, organization, and consistent performance.
•
Strong client service skills, including proactive communication, clear expectation-setting, sound judgment, and composure under pressure.
•
Working knowledge of Google Ads and the ability to contribute credibly to cross-channel marketing discussions.
•
Familiarity with GA4, Looker Studio, Shopify, and digital advertising attribution.
•
Fluent English communication skills, with the confidence to lead client conversations, explain complex performance data, and defend strategic recommendations.
•
Comfort working in a fast-moving, remote-first environment where priorities and client needs can change quickly.
•
Availability to work with overlap across Eastern Time (ET) business hours for client calls.
•
Eligibility to work as an independent contractor while based in Canada or the United States.
Benefits
•
Fully remote work arrangement.
•
Paid time off.
•
Paid company holidays.
•
Flexible Fridays.
•
Remote-first collaboration with a results-oriented team.
•
Quarterly bonus opportunities based on performance.
•
Contract compensation of $5–7 per month USD based on experience , as stated in the original listing; this figure may contain a listing error and should be confirmed with the hiring team before publication.
