About the job

Experience level: mid senior level.

About the Role

As a strategic individual contributor, you’ll own marketing strategy for a portfolio of approved growth opportunities that evolves with business priorities. You’ll translate those priorities into audience strategies, campaign briefs, messaging, and investment recommendations.

You’ll guide delivery through shared campaign management, content and creative, marketing operations, paid media, events, and Product Marketing resources.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop integrated marketing strategies that define target audiences, customer needs, relevant solutions, engagement approaches, and measures of success.
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Product Marketing, and business leaders to assess opportunities within approved priority areas. Recommend program priorities, investments, and resource allocation to the North America Marketing Leader.
  • Create campaign briefs and narratives using customer insight, market intelligence, competitive context, and demonstrated use cases. Co-develop messaging with Product and Product Marketing, including when positioning is incomplete.
  • Guide cross-functional planning and delivery, aligning shared teams on scope, responsibilities, timing, and dependencies.
  • Develop budget recommendations and track program spending, making tradeoffs clear when needs exceed available resources.
  • Evaluate performance with campaign and channel partners and recommend what to improve, expand, or stop.
  • Apply AI tools to research, messaging development, and analysis, evaluating outputs for accuracy, relevance, and quality.

What Success Looks Like

Priority opportunities translate into focused programs that generate qualified demand and contribute to pipeline. Investment recommendations help the North America Marketing Leader direct resources toward the strongest opportunities, informed by performance and available capacity.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Progressive B2B marketing experience, typically gained over 7+ years, including ownership of integrated strategies and programs tied to commercial objectives.
  • Ability to translate broad business opportunities and incomplete inputs into focused audience strategies, credible messaging, and actionable campaign briefs.
  • Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders without direct reporting authority.
  • Strong commercial and analytical judgment, including experience using CRM and marketing performance information to inform investment decisions.
  • Experience planning and tracking marketing budgets.
  • Practical experience applying AI tools to marketing work and assessing the reliability of their outputs.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Experience

  • Working with email marketing and marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, Microsoft Dynamics (MSD), or Pardot.
  • Using CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce.
  • Leading programs through shared marketing resources in a matrixed organization.
