Senior Full Stack Engineer (.Net / Azure) (m/f/d)

We're seeking a highly technical, hands-on Senior FullStack / Cloud Software Engineer to join a 5-engineer product team as an individual contributor. The role is centered on .NET application development, with strong expectations around cloud-native delivery and modern DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and evolve backend services in .NET 10 for a production SaaS platform.

• Design and implement cloud-native applications on Azure; containerized/Kubernetes (AKS) deployment experience is a plus.

• Own end-to-end delivery in Azure DevOps — CI/CD pipelines, testing, and release management.

• Build and maintain internal product tooling (PowerShell-based).

• Manage infrastructure defined as code (Terraform or similar).

• Drive production readiness across security, observability, reliability, and performance.

• Uphold code quality and testing standards within the team.

• Longer term, participate in the L3 on-call rotation: incident triage and root-cause resolution.

• Contribute to front-end features (React/TypeScript) as needed, primarily backend-focused.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, primarily backend development in .NET.

• Scripting proficiency in PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar.

• Hands-on experience building and operating applications on a public cloud platform (Azure preferred), including compute, managed database, storage, and networking services.

• General Infrastructure-as-Code experience.

• Solid understanding of containerized applications; Kubernetes/AKS experience desired.

• Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps preferred).

• Strong debugging and production troubleshooting skills.

• Clear communicator; self-driven with a bias toward ownership and delivering outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with React and TypeScript.

• Hands-on experience with the Grafana LGTM observability stack.

• Practical use of agentic AI workflows based on Anthropic Claude Code or OpenAI Codex.

• Familiarity with Linux and Bash terminal.

• Experience operating high-availability production SaaS environments.
