About the job
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Frontend Developer based in Brazil.
This is an opportunity to create impactful digital experiences by developing high-quality frontend solutions that support experimentation, personalization, and customer engagement. You will work with modern web technologies and tools to build tailored experiences that help improve digital performance and user satisfaction. Collaborating closely with marketing professionals, developers, optimization consultants, and IT stakeholders, you will translate business objectives into scalable technical implementations. You will also play an important role in maintaining the quality and reliability of A/B tests and personalization campaigns through regular reviews and technical audits. Beyond hands-on development, you will contribute to documentation, project estimates, and clear communication between technical and business teams. This role is ideal for a proactive developer who enjoys solving complex challenges, working independently, and contributing to a collaborative international environment.
Accountabilities

Participate in regular project meetings and communicate clearly in written and spoken English through project management tools when collaborating with marketers and fellow developers.

•
Conduct weekly quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) reviews of live A/B tests and personalization campaigns.
•
Perform additional technical audits to verify correct implementation and ensure the reliability of experimentation activities.
•
Prepare technical documentation and effort estimates for A/B testing and personalization projects.
•
Explain technical concepts, implementation details, and estimates clearly to business stakeholders in both written and verbal English.
•
Build and maintain strong working relationships with optimization consultants and stakeholders across Marketing and IT.
•
Troubleshoot technical challenges and contribute to continuous improvements in frontend quality and user experience.
Requirements
•
At least 3 years of relevant frontend web development experience, with strong practical knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, and CSS.
•
Experience with Adobe Target or similar A/B testing and personalization platforms, including custom frontend development beyond the capabilities of visual editors such as Adobe's Visual Experience Composer (VEC).
•
At least 3 years of experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar content management systems.
•
Familiarity with Adobe Experience Fragments (XF) is considered an advantage.
•
Strong technical problem-solving skills, supported by a curious, analytical, and investigative mindset.
•
Ability to work effectively and manage responsibilities with minimal supervision.
•
Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts, experimentation practices, and user experience principles.
•
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to build and maintain productive relationships with technical and business stakeholders.
•
English proficiency at B2 level or higher, with strong written and verbal communication skills and a proactive approach to sharing information.
