About the job
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior AI Content Specialist based in Saudi Arabia.
The Senior AI Content Specialist will help shape the quality, personality, and performance of conversational AI systems through carefully crafted training content and rigorous response evaluation. This role combines writing, editing, data annotation, and hands-on AI testing, with a particular focus on adult-oriented conversational experiences. You will create and refine text datasets, assess chatbot interactions, identify weaknesses, and recommend improvements to prompts, training data, and model behavior. The position requires a strong understanding of audience psychology, conversational dynamics, and the nuances of engaging written interactions. You will also establish content standards and quality guidelines while maintaining a high production pace without compromising accuracy. This is a fully remote opportunity for a detail-oriented content professional who is comfortable working extensively with explicit material and AI tools.
Accountabilities
You will contribute directly to the development and continuous improvement of conversational AI by producing high-quality training material and evaluating chatbot performance. Your main responsibilities will include:
•
Edit and refine text datasets used to train conversational AI systems.
•
Write original text datasets from scratch, ensuring consistency with the intended conversational style and audience.
•
Test new chatbot versions, evaluate their responses, and provide clear, actionable feedback on errors and areas for improvement.
•
Label and annotate data to support model training and performance evaluation.
•
Create additional creative content as required to support product and content development.
•
Maintain a high production pace of approximately 100 content units per hour while preserving accuracy and quality.
•
Establish and maintain guidelines for writing style, tone, explicitness, and content quality standards.
•
Identify whether chatbot issues originate from training datasets, prompts, or model behavior, and recommend appropriate solutions.
•
Evaluate conversational effectiveness, including flirting, escalation, engagement, and user retention.
•
Provide precise feedback that helps improve the relevance, consistency, and quality of AI-generated interactions.
Requirements
The ideal candidate has a strong background in writing or editing, practical experience with conversational AI, and a thorough understanding of adult-oriented digital content. You should bring the following qualifications and skills:
•
Previous experience as a Data Annotator, AI Trainer, Editor, Copywriter, or Writer, ideally involving erotic fiction or interactive storytelling.
•
Demonstrated professional experience in the adult industry, such as OnlyFans Management (OFM), cam platforms, or erotic content production. This experience is required.
•
Hands-on experience working with chatbots and large language models (LLMs), including dataset creation, testing, response evaluation, and prompt writing. This experience is required.
•
English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
•
Excellent writing and editing skills, with strong attention to detail.
•
A deep understanding of adult audiences and conversational engagement, including flirting, escalation, and retention dynamics.
•
Experience editing data, building training datasets, and performing data labeling and annotation.
•
The ability to independently establish content standards covering style, tone, explicitness, and quality criteria.
•
Strong analytical skills to diagnose chatbot issues and determine whether improvements are needed in datasets, prompts, or model behavior.
•
Complete comfort working with explicit content.
•
Empathy and an understanding of user psychology, including the ability to recognize what encourages users to engage and continue conversations.
•
The ability to manage repetitive, high-volume tasks while maintaining consistent quality.
•
Clear and precise communication skills, particularly when documenting chatbot errors and providing improvement recommendations.
Additional qualifications that would be an advantage include
•
Experience creating guidelines for data labeling and content editing.
•
Spanish or French language skills.
Benefits
•
Fully remote, full-time working opportunity.
•
Salary range or initial compensation level shared with candidates during the recruitment process, before employment begins.
•
28 calendar days of annual vacation.
•
7 additional wellness days per year for personal needs, recovery, or household matters.
•
Referral bonuses of up to $5,000 for recommending successful candidates.
•
50% reimbursement for professional training, international conferences, and professional events.
•
Corporate discounts for English lessons.
•
Health support of up to $1,000 gross per year per employee if not eligible for corporate medical insurance. This allowance can be used toward independently purchased health insurance or medical expenses for the employee and close relatives, including a spouse and children.
•
Workplace equipment and setup support, including access to equipped offices or coworking spaces. Employees working elsewhere may receive reimbursement of up to $1,000 gross once every three years for coworking costs or home-office equipment and internet expenses.
•
An internal gamified recognition program where colleagues can award bonuses that can be exchanged for company merchandise, team-building activities, massage certificates, and other rewards.
