Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist

Global Pacific Support is partnering with one of our valued clients to find a sharp, results-driven SEO Specialist —someone who knows how to turn search engines into growth engines and doesn’t break into a cold sweat when Google rolls out another update.

About the Role

This opportunity is for a client company supported by Global Pacific Support . You’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing SEO strategies that drive real visibility, qualified traffic, and measurable business impact. No fluff, no checkbox SEO.

What You’ll Do

• Own on-page, off-page, and technical SEO initiatives end to end

• Perform keyword research focused on intent, not guesswork

• Optimize content, metadata, internal linking, and site architecture

• Monitor SEO performance using GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush, etc.

• Identify technical issues and work with developers to fix them (calmly, persistently)

• Stay ahead of algorithm updates and adjust strategies accordingly

• Collaborate with content and marketing teams to align SEO with growth goals

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role

• Strong grasp of technical SEO, content optimization, and link-building

• Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into action

• Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress or similar)

• Able to explain SEO results without resorting to jargon

• Track record of improving rankings, traffic, and conversions
