You will work primarily remotely while collaborating onsite with stakeholders in Pennsylvania on a regular basis.

•

Plan and allocate project resources, monitor availability and capacity, and forecast future resource requirements across concurrent workstreams.

•

Identify, assess, mitigate, and monitor project risks, issues, dependencies, and potential schedule impacts.

•

Work with business owners, analysts, technical teams, and project sponsors to define, refine, and manage project scope.

•

Maintain effective relationships with technology teams, business stakeholders, executive leadership, vendors, and key clients.

•

•

Conduct lessons-learned sessions throughout and after project delivery, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

•

Ensure compliance with established PMO methodologies, procedures, templates, governance requirements, and applicable IT standards.

•

Support onsite implementations, stakeholder workshops, and system issue resolution as required.
