Our Sama coaches are a select community of experienced, trusted professionals. We partner with high-quality, credentialed coaches to help our clients achieve results.

Our immediate priority is for coaches who are bilingual in French and English, particularly those based in North America. Qualified applicants who meet this criteria will be prioritised

- 10+ years of professional experience
- Bonus - You coach in Spanish, or French in North America.
Benefits
Coaching
We deal with the business side, enabling our coaches to focus on the craft of coaching.
Community
We’re committed to helping each other, businesses and employees on a shared mission: to elevate engagement to make the world a better place.
Flexibility
Sama coaches decide how much time they want to contribute to the platform, allowing total control of their schedule.
Engagement
We care about our coaches and want them to feel as empowered and engaged as the people they coach.
