We’re growing — and we’re looking for a Sales Specialist who knows how to turn opportunities into results.
As a UK-based cleaning company specialising in Residential End of Tenancy cleaning , we receive customer enquiries every day. We need someone who can take those leads, have great conversations and close the sale.
The Role
You’ll take ownership of warm sales opportunities, understand customer requirements and confidently guide prospects towards booking.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert warm leads into bookings
- Build strong customer relationships
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate services
- Follow up and close outstanding opportunities
- Manage leads and customer information in the CRM
- Handle customer questions and objections
- Consistently achieve and exceed targets

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in direct sales, telesales, or business development

- Experienced with CRM systems
