This remote opportunity offers the chance to take ownership of important projects within a collaborative, multidisciplinary professional environment.

Accountabilities

You will provide operational oversight and coordination across Right of Way projects, ensuring efficient workflows, quality standards, and timely delivery. Working with internal teams, external stakeholders, and leadership, your responsibilities will include:

•

Oversee daily project workflows, including initial project kickoffs, performance metrics, and coordination across internal teams.

•

Identify potential changes in project scope, processes, or timelines and take initiative to resolve issues before they affect delivery.

•

Communicate project updates, priorities, and potential risks to relevant stakeholders.

•

Support business development initiatives and identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and expand project engagements.

•

Contribute to broader organizational objectives by promoting collaboration, breaking down operational silos, and maintaining high standards of client service.

Requirements

The ideal candidate combines hands-on project management experience with strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. You should be comfortable coordinating several time-sensitive initiatives, working independently, and engaging confidently with stakeholders at all levels. The following qualifications are expected:

•

Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.

•

At least 5 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in professional services, project management, or a related environment.

•

Professional real estate license in the applicable state, or the ability to obtain one within 90 days of hire.

•

Basic knowledge of financial reports and performance metrics.

•

Strong sense of urgency, accountability, and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

•

Ability to operate autonomously with limited direction while knowing when to seek guidance on complex assignments.

•
