About the job
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Revenue Data Entry Specialist to maintain accurate revenue and billing records, manage supporting reports, and ensure data is complete, consistent, and ready for internal review.
Experience in high-volume data entry, preferably in finance, billing, or revenue.
- Strong Excel skills, including SUM, IF, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP , data cleaning, formatting, and de-duplication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
- Excellent attention to detail, data accuracy, and documentation.
- Ability to follow SOPs, validate data, and flag discrepancies.
- Comfortable handling confidential financial data and meeting recurring reporting deadlines.
