The role

We're hiring a Recruiter to run multiple concurrent requisitions across technical and go-to-market roles, often at high volume. You'll keep pipelines full and moving fast while maintaining quality, using AI tools to scale your output without cutting corners on candidate experience.

What you'll do

• Manage a high-volume desk of concurrent requisitions across tech (software, data, QA, cloud) and GTM roles (SDR/BDR, Account Executive, Customer Success, Sales Ops).

• Source, screen and advance candidates quickly, hitting weekly pipeline targets of qualified, enriched candidates per req.

• Use Metaview, Noon and Claude for sourcing, outreach sequences, screening summaries and interview notes.

• Keep Greenhouse accurate and current: stages, notes, scorecards and dispositions.

• Coordinate interviews and keep candidates informed and engaged through the process.

• Screen for English proficiency, role fit and LATAM contractor readiness.

• Flag pipeline risks early and share market feedback with pod leads.

What you bring

• 3–5 years of recruiting experience, with proven high-volume delivery (multiple reqs, fast cycles, measurable throughput).

• Experience recruiting for both tech and GTM roles.

• AI fluency: you actively use tools like Metaview, Noon, Claude or similar in your day-to-day workflow.

• Experience with Greenhouse or another modern ATS.

• Professional/advanced English (written and spoken).

• Strong organization, speed and follow-through; comfortable with metrics and targets.

• Knowledge of the Colombian tech and sales talent market.

Nice to have

• Agency or nearshore staffing background with US clients.

• Experience with outreach sequencing and email enrichment workflows.

• Exposure to recruiting across multiple LATAM countries.
