Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain the automated testing framework for CDEV, LIDA, and DDHS.
- Develop automated tests for REST APIs and Kafka-based workflows.
- Implement integration tests using TestContainers in isolated testing environments.
- Validate data in SQL databases, ensuring amount consistency, traceability, and auditability.
- Automate end-to-end (E2E) testing scenarios for Angular-based user interfaces.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing and reliable software delivery.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts and Developers during requirements analysis to define acceptance criteria and test data.
- Coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) execution, track defects, and monitor their resolution.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Java (preferably Java 17 or 21), JUnit 5, and AssertJ for automated testing.
- Hands-on experience in REST API testing using RestAssured or similar tools.
- Practical experience with TestContainers for integration testing and Kafka message testing.
- Solid knowledge of SQL for database validation and data integrity testing.
- Experience in UI test automation using Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins or GitHub Actions) and version control using Git.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with OpenShift or Kubernetes.
- Experience in performance testing using JMeter or Gatling.
- Previous experience in the banking, financial services, or lending domain
