About the job

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Analyst – Pendo based in Germany.

Join a mission-driven cybersecurity organization dedicated to helping businesses and government agencies anticipate, understand, and defend against evolving cyber threats. As a Product Analyst specializing in Pendo, you will support the Product organization by transforming product usage data into actionable insights that improve decision-making and customer experiences. You will take ownership of product analytics configuration, dashboards, reporting, and data quality, helping Product Managers understand customer behavior and measure feature adoption. Working closely with product leadership and cross-functional teams, you will contribute to KPI and OKR tracking while ensuring reliable, accessible, and meaningful product intelligence. This hands-on role offers the opportunity to collaborate with an international, remote-friendly team operating across multiple regions and cultures. Over time, the position may also evolve toward product ownership, offering opportunities to expand your responsibilities and influence product strategy.

Accountabilities

•

Manage the day-to-day operation of Pendo, including tagging, configuration, dashboards, reports, and ongoing data quality monitoring.

•

Build, maintain, and improve dashboards and reporting tools that help Product Managers understand product usage patterns, customer behavior, and feature adoption.

•

Ensure new product features and capabilities are properly tagged and measurable following release, enabling consistent tracking of adoption and performance.

•

Analyze product usage trends, investigate changes or anomalies, and respond to analytical questions from Product Managers with clear, actionable findings.

•

Combine Pendo analytics with data from Grafana, business intelligence platforms, and internal systems to provide additional context and a more comprehensive view of product performance.

•

Support product leadership reporting by maintaining the dashboards, recurring reports, and measurement processes used to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives and key results (OKRs).

•

Collaborate with Product Managers and relevant stakeholders to improve the accessibility, reliability, and usefulness of product analytics across the organization.

•

Identify opportunities to strengthen analytics processes, reporting consistency, and data quality to support informed product decisions.

•

Develop a deep understanding of product capabilities, customer needs, and business priorities, with the potential to take on additional product ownership responsibilities as experience grows.

•

Work effectively with international colleagues across different time zones and cultural backgrounds, with occasional travel to the United States, Europe, and Asia as required.

Requirements

•

2–4 years of demonstrable experience in Product Analytics, Product Operations, or a comparable role.

•

Hands-on experience with Pendo is essential, including product tagging, platform configuration, dashboard creation, reporting, and product usage analytics.

•

Proven experience developing and maintaining dashboards, reports, and recurring analytics that support product or business teams.

•

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate customer behavior, identify meaningful trends, and translate data into practical insights.

•

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate, consistent, and reliable analytics data.

•

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with Product Managers, product leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.

•

A proactive, curious, and organized approach to work, with the ability to manage recurring reporting responsibilities while responding to emerging analytical questions.

•

Comfort working in a distributed, international environment and collaborating with colleagues from diverse professional and cultural backgrounds.

•

Willingness to undertake occasional international travel when required.

•

Experience with Grafana, SQL, business intelligence platforms, or other data analytics tools is an advantage but is not essential.

•

An interest in cybersecurity, software products, and customer-driven product development is beneficial.

•

The ability to grow into broader product responsibilities, potentially including product ownership, is an advantage.

Benefits

•

Competitive, market-aligned compensation.

•

Remote-friendly working environment.

•

Wellness programs designed to support employee well-being.

•

Employee recognition program celebrating contributions and achievements.

•

Professional development opportunities to support continuous learning and career growth.

•

Inclusive and collaborative culture centered on people, customers, integrity, and innovation.

•

Opportunity to work with an international team in the cybersecurity industry.

•

Potential career progression toward product ownership, depending on performance and business needs.

•
