Procurement Officer - Remote

KAIZEN Asset Management Services, a leading property management firm in Dubai, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Procurement Officer - Remote. As a Procurement Officer - Remote, you will be responsible for managing the procurement activities, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and purchase order processing.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, vendor selection, and contract negotiation.

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential vendors and assess their capabilities, pricing, and quality of products or services.

• Evaluate and negotiate supplier agreements and contracts to ensure favorable terms and conditions.

• Create and issue purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

• Work closely with internal teams to identify procurement needs and specifications.

• Collaborate with suppliers to resolve any invoice or delivery discrepancies.

• Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including contracts, orders, and vendor information.

• Monitor and track supplier performance to ensure compliance with contractual agreements.

• Implement and maintain procurement policies and procedures.

• Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in procurement.

Requirements

• Knowledge of procurement processes and principles.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or other procurement or purchase-order tools is a plus.

• Knowledge of legal and commercial aspects of procurement.

• Experience with supplier evaluation.

• Experience with vendor performance management.

• Experience in real estate procurement.

• Experience with contract negotiation in procurement.

• Experience working with external suppliers and contractors.

• 3+ years of experience in procurement, including experience as a Procurement Officer or in a similar role, is a plus.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is a plus.

• Experience working with internal operations or finance teams and property-management teams is a plus.
