This role offers significant autonomy, a collaborative environment, and the potential to grow into a Head of PPC position.
Accountabilities

•
Develop and manage the end-to-end PPC strategy, including campaign planning, launch, optimization, and scaling.
•
Manage paid advertising budgets and allocate investment to achieve target customer acquisition costs (CAC), return on ad spend (ROAS), and payback periods while maximizing profitable revenue growth.
•
Analyze and model product economics, including lifetime value (LTV), CAC, funnel conversion, retention, and margins, to inform bidding, targets, and budget allocation.
•
Set up and maintain accurate tracking, conversion measurement, and value-based optimization in collaboration with Analytics and Development teams.
•
Build and execute a continuous testing roadmap covering advertising creatives, keywords, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages.
•
Identify new acquisition opportunities across geographic markets, campaign formats, advertising channels, and conversion funnels.
•
Collaborate with Product teams to improve funnel performance and support growth initiatives.
•
Develop performance reports and regularly present results, insights, and optimization plans to management.
•
Monitor advertising platform updates and market developments, translating relevant changes into competitive advantages.
•
Continuously evaluate campaign performance and implement improvements based on data, experimentation, and business objectives.
Requirements
The ideal candidate is a data-driven PPC professional with proven experience managing substantial advertising budgets and scaling paid acquisition profitably.
•
At least 2 years of hands-on experience in PPC or paid search, with full ownership of advertising accounts and budgets.
•
Strong practical experience with Google Ads; Microsoft Ads experience is an advantage.
•
Demonstrated success in scaling paid acquisition while maintaining profitability, supported by measurable results such as advertising spend, ROAS/ROI, CAC, and payback.
•
Strong understanding of product unit economics, including LTV, CAC, payback period, conversion funnels, retention, and margins.
•
Ability to build, analyze, and defend financial and performance models using spreadsheets.
•
In-depth knowledge of bidding strategies, including target CPA (tCPA), target ROAS (tROAS), and value-based bidding.
•
Experience with campaign structures, Performance Max, keyword research, and negative keyword management.
•
Practical knowledge of tracking and attribution tools, including Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, offline and server-side conversions, and value-based conversion setup.
•
Advanced Google Sheets or Excel skills, with the ability to work confidently with BI dashboards and raw data.
•
Experience designing and running systematic A/B tests for ads, landing pages, and bidding strategies, supported by clear hypotheses and measurable conclusions.
•
Analytical thinking, ownership, initiative, and the ability to make independent, data-informed decisions.
