About the job

Netguru is a trusted partner in digital commerce. The company helps leading brands modernize B2B solutions, marketplaces, and retail ecosystems. Since 2008, it has empowered businesses with cutting-edge technology, AI-powered personalization, and world-class engineering and design teams. A certified B Corporation®, Netguru is trusted by major brands including VW, OLX, IKEA, Delivery Hero, Żabka, Wolt, Careem, and Vinted.

At Netguru, we run dozens of projects at once, each with its own contract, team, and client. At this scale, good processes stop being bureaucracy and start determining whether the company runs smoothly. We’re looking for someone to lead our PMO team and help Delivery Managers, Project Managers, and Sales deal with less chaos and spend more time on the work that really matters.

Salary Ranges

CoE (UoP) - 13000-19000PLN gross per month

B2B - 15600-22800PLN net per month

Responsibilities

  • Leading the PMO team. You’ll lead a small team that supports Delivery and Sales day to day. You’ll set priorities, define ways of working, and shape how the team grows.
  • Project reporting. You’ll make sure project status, financials, and risks are visible at a glance, without chasing people for data or stitching spreadsheets together at 5 p.m. on a Friday.
  • Supporting DMs, PMs, and Sales. You’ll be their partner, helping them kick off projects quickly, keep budgets under control, and spot risks before they grow.
  • Processes. Together with the rest of the organization, you’ll document and streamline how we work. You’ll identify what’s worth automating and how, and what should stay in people’s hands. Technical teams will build the automation itself; we expect you to bring the vision, priorities, and well-defined requirements.
  • Cross-team collaboration. You’ll improve the flow of information between Sales, Delivery, and Finance, so project handovers no longer feel like a game of broken telephone.
  • Tools. You’ll manage Productive, Salesforce, and the rest of the stack that keeps the company running, making sure the tools serve people, not the other way around.

Requirements

  • 6–8 years of experience in project management or PMO roles
  • Experience building and leading a PMO team at a software development company, with a practical understanding of how it works in reality
  • Experience in financial and project reporting, as well as risk management
  • Knowledge of compliance topics arising from project contracts, such as SLAs, billing terms, and client commitments
  • You like order, but above all, you like it when order makes people’s work easier
  • Fluent Polish and English at a B2 level or higher. Day-to-day work is mainly in Polish, but documentation and clients are in English

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience with Productive and/or Salesforce
  • A good sense of where automation (no-code, integrations, AI) truly saves time and where it only adds complexity. You don’t need to build anything yourself, but you know what to ask for
  • The ability to communicate with everyone, from a project PM to the board

Benefits

  • UoP (CoE): Access to the WorkSmile platform offering benefits adapted to your preferences:
  • Multisport card,
  • Private health insurance package,
  • Life insurance,
  • And hundreds of other options to choose from 15 categories (shopping, leisure, travel, food, etc.).
  • UoP (CoE): PLN 175 monthly lump sum (ryczałt) for remote employees.
  • B2B: Discounts on Apple products.
  • Various internal initiatives: Team workshops and integration events, webinars, and knowledge sharing sessions.

If you need any disability-related adaptation at any step of the recruitment process – simply let the recruiter know! We'd be happy to help.
