This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Fullstack Developer – React/Kotlin/Java Specialist I (RGM & Demand Planning) based in Brazil.

Join a senior technical team developing a strategic platform designed to transform sales planning, promotional campaigns, and supply chain operations. As a Fullstack Developer, you will play a key technical role in building and evolving the platform across frontend and backend systems. You will develop sophisticated analytical interfaces capable of handling large volumes of data while building scalable APIs and microservices. Your work will also involve integrating predictive models, data ecosystems, and AI-powered solutions into business workflows. Collaborating closely with Product Managers and technical leaders, you will help translate complex business requirements into effective technical architectures. This is an opportunity to influence a product undergoing active development and legacy system transformation while contributing to more efficient planning and S&OP processes.

Accountabilities

As a Fullstack Developer, you will contribute to the architecture, development, and continuous improvement of a strategic planning platform, connecting complex data flows with intuitive user experiences and reliable backend services.

Develop and enhance the platform's analytical cockpit using React, creating sophisticated, intuitive, and high-performance interfaces capable of handling large volumes of data.

•

Design and optimize frontend screens and analytical workflows to ensure fast response times and efficient browser-side data processing.

•

Build and maintain robust APIs, microservices, and database integrations using Kotlin and/or Java.

•

Ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of backend services supporting planning and supply chain operations.

•

Integrate data ecosystems, predictive and prescriptive models, and AI agents into the platform.

•

Apply generative AI development tools and modern engineering practices, including Spec-Driven Development (SDD), while critically evaluating AI-generated outputs.

•

Translate short- and long-term planning requirements into practical and efficient technical solutions.

•

Work closely with Product Managers and technical leaders, challenging assumptions, evaluating requirements, and contributing to architectural decisions.

•

Integrate systems and data pipelines across manufacturing facilities, channel operations, and strategic planning teams.

•

Promote development best practices, Clean Architecture principles, design patterns, and automated testing.

•

Participate in delivery planning, technical alignment, and continuous improvement initiatives.

•

Help reduce S&OP response cycles through better-performing systems and more efficient planning workflows.

Requirements

The ideal candidate combines strong fullstack engineering expertise with architectural knowledge, analytical thinking, and the ability to understand complex business processes.

Strong professional experience developing frontend applications with React.

•

Solid backend development experience using Java and/or Kotlin.

•

Experience designing and working with microservices architectures.

•

Strong knowledge of building and consuming REST APIs.

•

Practical experience with data modeling, querying, and optimization of relational and/or non-relational databases.

•

Experience optimizing frontend performance and rendering when handling large volumes of data.

•

Strong foundations in software architecture, design patterns, and Clean Code principles.

•

Analytical mindset, sound technical judgment, and critical-thinking skills.

•

Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and product teams about business rules and technical requirements.

•

Collaborative approach and confidence contributing to technical discussions and architectural decisions.

The following qualifications are considered an advantage

Strong Kotlin experience within backend development environments.

•

Practical familiarity with generative AI tools for software development, such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Kiro.

Knowledge of Spec-Driven Development (SDD) practices.

•

Previous experience working on products related to supply chain, Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), Revenue Growth Management (RGM), pricing, or demand planning.
