Your Impact

As a Mission Trainer, you will facilitate comprehensive instruction for clients, create engaging educational assets, and enable seamless technology rollouts across cloud software and hardware solutions. In this role, you’ll partner with public safety leaders, technical teams, and cross-functional partners to drive platform adoption, deepen organizational alignment, and deliver critical insights to inform future enhancements. This remote position involves roughly 75% travel, providing opportunities to build expertise while directly supporting our overarching mission.

What You’ll Do

Location: Remotely from the United States with 75% travel required

Reports to: Mission Trainer Manager

Direct Reports: 0

• Conduct “train-the-trainer” sessions for agency trainers.

• Create and maintain training documentation.

• Develop and execute detailed training plans for customers.

• Facilitate user acceptance training for software and hardware deployments.

• Collect and document feature requests and issues from customers.

• Provide actionable feedback to sales and product management teams.

• Collaborate with Chiefs of Police, Command Staff, Sheriffs, Directors of IT, and program managers pre- and post-sale.

• Perform additional tasks as assigned to support successful project execution.

What You Bring

• Proven experience in training delivery, training program creation, project planning, and project management.

• Familiarity with curriculum development.

• Preferred background in law enforcement, ideally as a trainer.

• AI experience is preferred.

• Experience deploying programs that align with policies and technology, ideally Axon products.

• Presentation and Training Skills: Ability to confidently train diverse audiences.

• Project management experience

• Required technical, analytical, like-skills

The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: level, function, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, geographic market, and often a combination of all these factors. Base Pay Range

$53,794 — $86,070 USD
