This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Manager, Marketing Analytics (Channel & Partner Performance) based in the United States.
The Manager, Marketing Analytics will lead analytical efforts across a diverse marketing and partner ecosystem, turning complex data into insights that drive business performance. Reporting to the Director of Marketing Analytics, you will own reporting, business intelligence, marketing measurement, and channel and partner economics. You will work closely with Marketing, Finance, FP&A, and Data Engineering to ensure reporting accuracy and deliver actionable recommendations. This hands-on individual contributor role combines advanced SQL, dashboard development, and performance analysis with strategic business partnership. You will establish analytical standards, strengthen measurement practices, and help teams make better-informed investment decisions. You will also mentor fellow analysts, promoting methodological rigor and clear communication across the analytics function.
Accountabilities
You will own the reporting and analytical frameworks that support marketing decisions, channel optimization, and business planning. Your responsibilities will include:
•
Build, maintain, and improve Sigma dashboards and reporting tools used by Marketing, Finance, and leadership to monitor business performance.
•
Own marketing measurement and attribution across Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, and Affiliate/Partner channels.
•
Analyze channel and partner economics, including cost per acquisition (CPA), marketing efficiency ratio (MER), spending, conversion performance, and payout structures such as revenue share and cost per lead.
•
Write, maintain, and optimize SQL queries against the Snowflake data warehouse, creating reliable, integrated datasets across marketing spend, leads, and enrollments.
•
Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analyses, delivering clear, evidence-based conclusions and actionable recommendations.
•
Collaborate with Marketing, Finance/FP&A, and Data Engineering to source, validate, document, and govern data.
•
Prepare executive-ready reports and presentations featuring explicit figures, meaningful insights, and practical recommendations.
•
Mentor analysts on analytical methodology, data rigor, and effective communication of findings.
•
Support business planning and performance evaluation through forecasting, scenario analysis, and contribution-margin insights where needed.
Requirements
The ideal candidate combines strong technical analytics capabilities with a deep understanding of performance marketing and the ability to communicate insights to business leaders. You should bring:
•
At least 6 years of experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, or another quantitative role.
•
A bachelor's degree in a STEM field or another quantitative discipline preferred.
•
Hands-on experience with at least one paid or partner marketing channel, such as Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, or Affiliate.
•
Strong SQL skills and experience working with cloud data warehouses; Snowflake experience is preferred.
•
Experience developing dashboards and reporting using Sigma BI or comparable platforms such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
•
Advanced Excel skills and the ability to work confidently with complex datasets.
•
A solid understanding of marketing measurement concepts, including attribution windows, CPA, and MER.
•
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders and executive audiences.
•
A self-directed working style, with strong ownership, accountability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
•
The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, navigate multiple systems, and remain professional during challenging discussions.
•
Openness to constructive feedback, consistent performance, and reliable attendance in a full-time role.
Additional experience and knowledge that would be advantageous include:
•
Experience in financial services or another regulated industry.
•
A background in lead generation or performance marketing.
•
Experience presenting findings to executive stakeholders or Senior Leadership Teams.
•
Knowledge of revenue and contribution-margin forecasting, FP&A-style modeling, sensitivity analysis, elasticity, and scenario modeling.
•
Experience with cohort analysis and lead-maturity or time-boxing methods for evaluating delayed conversions across extended conversion windows.
•
Familiarity with partner and affiliate platforms such as Tune, PartnerStack, or HubSpot.
•
