The Manager, eCommerce Content & Optimization will lead digital commerce content strategy and shopping experiences across direct-to-consumer websites and key retail platforms. This hands-on role focuses on helping consumers discover, understand, and purchase products through compelling, accurate, and engaging digital content. You will oversee product pages, website optimization, digital merchandising, SEO, ratings and reviews, and conversion improvement initiatives. You will also manage agency partnerships and establish processes that ensure consistent quality and efficient delivery. This is an opportunity to shape digital commerce experiences and drive measurable business performance in the consumer health and wellness space.

•
Optimize product detail pages, category pages, landing pages, educational content, imagery, videos, and product information.
•
Define content and merchandising requirements for website refreshes, product launches, and direct-to-consumer enhancements.
•
Identify and prioritize conversion-rate optimization opportunities using performance data and shopper insights.
•
Partner with Sales and eCommerce teams to strengthen digital shelf content and ensure launch readiness across priority retail channels.

Manage agency deliverables, timelines, budgets, scopes of work, and performance reviews.
•
Track and report on qualified traffic, engagement, conversion rates, revenue per session, content effectiveness, and delivery efficiency.
This position focuses specifically on digital commerce content, website experiences, and conversion optimization. Social media strategy, influencer and creator programs, organic social content, community management, retailer media strategy, media budgets, media buying, and campaign optimization remain outside its direct scope.
