About the job

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Low-touch Customer Success Manager based in Spain.

Join a fast-growing, remote-first technology environment focused on helping businesses unlock the potential of automation and AI-powered workflows.

As a Customer Success Manager, you will manage a portfolio of approximately 30 enterprise accounts across the EMEA region, serving as their primary post-sales partner.

You will guide customers through onboarding, adoption, and renewal while helping them translate product usage into measurable business outcomes.

By building strong relationships with technical teams and executive stakeholders, you will drive customer engagement, satisfaction, and long-term value.

You will proactively monitor account health, identify risks, and coordinate solutions across internal teams.

You will also contribute to scalable customer success programs and playbooks that strengthen retention, expansion, and enterprise growth.

Accountabilities

As the primary post-sales contact for a portfolio of enterprise customers, you will ensure successful adoption, measurable value realization, and sustainable account growth. Your responsibilities will include:

•

Manage a portfolio of approximately 30 enterprise customers across EMEA, supporting them throughout onboarding, adoption, and renewal.

•

Lead customer kickoffs and success planning sessions, aligning stakeholders on objectives, timelines, responsibilities, and measurable outcomes.

•

Coordinate onboarding and enablement for technical and business audiences, accelerating time-to-value and resolving implementation challenges.

•

Establish a consistent customer engagement cadence through health checks, executive meetings, adoption reviews, and quarterly business reviews.

•

Monitor customer health indicators and product usage data to identify risks early, manage escalations, and maintain stakeholder alignment.

•

Demonstrate customer value by translating product adoption into measurable business outcomes, efficiency improvements, and compelling ROI narratives.

•

Identify and develop upsell and cross-sell opportunities in partnership with Account Executives, contributing to retention and account expansion.

•

Collaborate with Support, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Sales teams to resolve customer blockers and deliver a seamless experience.

•

Share structured customer feedback with Product and Engineering teams to help inform roadmap priorities and product improvements.

•

Contribute to scalable customer success playbooks, processes, and programs that improve outcomes across the wider customer base.

Requirements

You are an experienced enterprise customer success professional who combines technical understanding, commercial awareness, and a strong focus on customer outcomes. You should bring:

•

Proven experience managing a portfolio of enterprise SaaS customers and independently leading kickoffs, onboarding, stakeholder alignment, and quarterly business reviews.

•

Technical fluency and the ability to engage confidently with IT and engineering stakeholders on APIs, integrations, authentication, technical environments, and automation architecture.

•

The judgment to recognize technical challenges that require escalation and coordinate the right support.

•

Commercial experience supporting renewals and expansion opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling, with a track record of contributing to retention and revenue growth.

•

Strong analytical and value-oriented skills, with the ability to translate product usage into measurable business outcomes, ROI, and executive-level presentations.

•

Excellent organizational skills and operational discipline, including the ability to manage competing priorities and maintain consistent customer engagement.

•

Clear communication and relationship-building skills, enabling you to work effectively with both technical users and senior executives.

•

A collaborative approach and experience partnering with Sales, Support, Solutions Engineering, and Product teams.

•

An ownership mindset and the ability to build processes, adapt to ambiguity, and thrive in a fast-moving, growing environment.

•

Curiosity about automation and AI, ideally with practical experience using automation tools, AI solutions, or workflow platforms.

Nice to have

•

Experience working in a startup or scale-up environment.

•

A degree or equivalent professional experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or another technical discipline.
