You will collaborate with clients, opposing counsel, courts, expert witnesses, and other stakeholders throughout the litigation process. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced legal professional with strong drafting skills, sound knowledge of U.S. civil litigation, and exceptional attention to detail. You will contribute directly to efficient case management and well-prepared legal proceedings.

As a Litigation Paralegal, you will provide comprehensive support to attorneys throughout all stages of civil litigation, helping ensure cases progress efficiently and meet procedural requirements. Your responsibilities will include:

•

Support attorneys with active civil litigation matters, from initial intake through trial preparation.

•

Draft pleadings, motions, notices, discovery requests and responses, subpoenas, and legal correspondence.

•

Prepare and organize exhibits, evidence, deposition materials, trial documents, chronologies, case summaries, and damages documentation.

•

Manage discovery processes, including document collection, review, organization, and production.

•

Assist with interrogatories, requests for production, requests for admission, and related responses.

•

Coordinate depositions, hearings, mediations, conferences, and trials.

•

Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, courts, expert witnesses, vendors, and other relevant parties.

•

Track statutes of limitation, court deadlines, discovery schedules, hearings, and key case milestones.

•

Prepare and submit court filings using state and federal electronic filing systems.

•

Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date digital case files.

•

Conduct legal and factual research to support active litigation matters.

•

Assist attorneys with deposition, mediation, hearing, and trial preparation.

•

Use legal case management and document management systems to organize case information and workflows.

•

Follow established procedures and quality standards to ensure accuracy and consistency across all work.

Requirements

The ideal candidate has substantial experience supporting U.S. civil litigation, strong legal drafting capabilities, and the organizational skills required to manage complex cases and competing deadlines. Candidates should meet the following requirements:

•

At least five years of professional experience as a paralegal, lawyer, or attorney.

•

Familiarity with state and/or federal court filing systems and procedural requirements.

•

•
