•

Assist with training and mentoring new team members, sharing knowledge of LMS processes and best practices.

•

Prioritize, schedule, and monitor support activities in accordance with established service-level agreements (SLAs).

•

Perform additional duties as assigned to support the effectiveness of learning management operations.

Requirements

•

High school diploma or GED equivalent, with higher education considered an advantage.

•

At least 2 years of experience working with a learning management system, preferably Cornerstone or Cornerstone SBX, or relevant experience within the pharmaceutical or contract research organization (CRO) industry.

•

•

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

•

Fluency in written and spoken English, with strong communication skills and the ability to present information clearly and concisely.

•

Experience managing user accounts, training assignments, learning activities, support requests, and training records within an LMS.

•

Strong organizational, planning, scheduling, monitoring, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple support tasks and competing priorities.

•

Excellent customer service skills and a proactive approach to resolving user questions and technical issues.

•

•

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records, reliable system configurations, and high-quality documentation.

•

Ability to build effective working relationships, collaborate with diverse teams, and coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

•

A strong sense of ownership, accountability, and initiative, with the ability to work independently when required and follow direction when appropriate.

•
